Schedule for clients:

Departure times run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The boat's departure from the dock is subject to the client's request.

These schedules are also subject to weather conditions and instructions from the Port Authority.

Additional hours:

Additional hours may only be enjoyed within Cartagena Bay and must be requested by the client before departure. Boats must return by 5:00 PM.

Destinations:

These rates apply only to the northern area of Barú Island in the Rosario Islands. For a different route or destination, please check with the agency.

Corales del Rosario y San Bernardo National Natural Park

The entrance fee to the Corales del Rosario y San Bernardo National Natural Park is not included in our rates.

Please note:

In accordance with Resolution No. 0695 of 2024, all visitors entering protected areas managed by the National Natural Parks authority (PNN) must pay the corresponding entrance fee ($13,500 COP per person).
Persons over 60 and children under 5 are exempt from this payment.
Failure to present proof of this payment may result in penalties from the relevant authorities, for which the company assumes no responsibility.

Important Considerations

Prohibited on board: DJ consoles, amplifiers or any type of music sound systems.
Prohibited: Fireworks and balloon decorations.
Boarding: Boarding and disembarking at unauthorized locations is prohibited.
Luggage: Boats only accommodate beach bags. If you have different or heavy luggage, please check with us in advance.
Health and Physical Conditions: Because boats travel at medium to high speeds, and given the nature of the sea and weather conditions, we recommend notifying us if any passenger has had recent surgery, is pregnant, has hip or spine issues, or has any other condition that would prevent full exposure to the elements during the tour.

Tours through Cartagena's inner bay:

Castillogrande, Bocagrande, downtown and Manga areas.

Duration: Bay tours on the boats last three hours. (This applies to nighttime tours.)

Safety and Sustainability Guidelines

We invite you to carefully read all the SAFETY RULES described below:

Do not remove your life jacket until the crew indicates it is safe to do so.

Do not stand up from your seat until the crew indicates it is safe to do so.

Do not put your hands outside the boat.

Do not jump into the sea or get off the boat until the crew indicates it is safe to do so.

When getting on or off the boat, ask a crew member for assistance.

Never get on or off the boat if you can hear the engines running.

Do not distract the captain while operating the boat.

No smoking inside the boat.

The use of psychoactive substances is not permitted.

Do not throw trash into the sea or in the boat's walkways.

Senior citizens and children should sit in the rear seats.

We must follow the captain's orders, as they are the highest authority on board.

Swimming is only permitted in designated and authorized areas.

Do not remove safety and rescue equipment from the boat.

Health Status and Insurance Policies

PASSENGER HEALTH STATUS:

Because weather conditions can change during the trip, it is very important that you inform the crew before departure if you have had recent surgery, are pregnant, or have any physical conditions.

ACCIDENTS DURING THE SERVICE:

All of our boats carry a PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE POLICY FOR PASSENGERS covering accidents that occur only on board the vessel. The vessel owner is NOT responsible for accidents:

Outside the vessel.
During water activities or sports.
Resulting from breaking safety rules.
Under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances.

SUSTAINABLE COMMITMENT:

Do not collect or purchase biological material (shells, corals). Prohibited under Law 165 of 1994.
The sexual exploitation and sex tourism of minors is punishable by law. Law 679 of 2001.
Single-use plastics may not be brought into National Parks. Resolution 1558 of 2019.
